Comics
I made my first 50 page graphic novel, “Reflection,” in my senior year of highschool. (You can read it here!) A coming out story with a fantasy twist, this was the start of me realizing I wanted to make novels that were geared toward LGBT youth, and minorities in general. I am currently working on making zines, various comics, and the next idea for a graphic novel dubbed “Calyptra”
Cover mockup of my current project. Calyptra is a blood-sucking moth and is used as a metaphor/symbol through the novel.
A "blurb" for the book! Hoping to release Calyptra in October!
A mockup for a cover for my short story "Reflection."
Rosaline and Casey, the two main girls in Reflection. Two best friends who are in love.
Just two girls anguishing over their shitty ex-boyfriends. (Based off of the song Batshit by WILLOW)
A turnaround for Dawn, a character in a project on hold called The Nowhere People
A turnaround for Piper, the main character for The Nowhere People
All the rowdy kids in The Nowhere People. Designs not finalized
Jonah and Carmen. Two characters floating around in story that takes place in a city full of monsters. Jonah is a ghoul and Carmen is a man-eating harpy.
A short comic about how I met my girlfriend!
Mockup of a turning point in the novel. Amelia discovers she is a vampire.
